DWO Kailali District Branch

DWO Kailali district branch office established in...is one the strongest branch office in terms of experience in delivering project and advocacy project design. It has field office in Dhangadi, capital city of Kailali district, far western region of Nepal. It has implemented several projects related to livelihood, food security, advocacy for education, Dalit empowerment and social mobilization. It has worked and still continue to work in partnership with International NGOs such as Practical Action, Danida/ HUGOU, Care Nepal and local government agencies such as District Development Office Kailali. Currently, the DWO Kailali branch executive committee is led by Jagat B.K..

Ongoing Economic Empowerment The overall objective of the project was to augment food security and livelihood conditions of small land hold Dalit farmers at household level in order to mitigate the negative impact of the volatile food price in Far and mid western Nepal.
