DWO Bardiya District Branch

DWO Bardiya Branch Office established in 1994, is one of the oldest and strongest branch office in terms of experience in implementation of development project. It has proven experience in implementation of development project in the area of child development and education, livelihood for mother and excluded youth, climate changes and disaster, advocacy for child development, school support program and food security etc. It has worked and has been closely working with International NGO such as Save the Children, International Relief for Development, Care Nepal, MS Nepal, IRC Nepal, UNICEF, UN-OCHA, and local government agencies such as District Development Committee, District Education Office, Village Development Committee. It is member of several human rights networking active in the district level. Currently, the executive committee is led by Prem Prakash Swarnakar. The DWO Bardiya executive committee comprises 11 members.

Home Garden Biodiversity for the Livelihood of Small Farmers

Ongoing Economic Empowerment Eliminate hunger and famine among the beneficiaries, by increasing the number of meals per day and the quality of each meal. To do so, we are looking at increasing the level of vegetable sufficiency on our beneficiariesí farming land.
